1. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For Enterprise accounts, we guarantee 99.9% API availability. Credits are refunded for any failed generation jobs due to system error.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not generate QR codes that link to malware, phishing sites, or illegal content. Our automated "SafetyNet" system scans all destination URLs. Violations result in immediate bans.

3. Liability

CirculateQR is provided "as is." We take no responsibility for manufacturing errors if printed proofs were not verified using our recommended mobile scanning suite.
