Help shoppers check sizes and options from the fitting room

To use a QR code in a fitting room, put a link code by the mirror that opens your size guide, online catalog or styling page. Studio's Fitting Rooms template is a link code with Analytics on, so the printed code is a short link you can point somewhere new when the season changes. Scan counts show how often each room's code is used. On any plan, phones set to another language can go to a size guide you've made in that language.

The problem

Why the printed version falls short

Shoppers leave the fitting room to look for another size

Size charts on the wall are hard to read and go out of date

Other colors and styles aren't in front of the shopper

You can't tell whether shoppers use in-store information

What you get

Fitting Rooms with CirculateQR

A link code on the fitting-room wall opens your size guide, online catalog or styling page. Change what it opens as the season changes.

  • Open a size guide from the fitting room
  • Link to the online catalog for other colors and styles
  • Change the link as collections change
  • See how often the code is scanned
  • A code in your store colors, with your logo on Studio
How it works

How to set it up

  1. Pick the page

Your size guide, an online catalog page or a styling page. Paste the link into the Fitting Rooms template in Studio.
  2. Design the sign

Choose your colors and add a short prompt such as 'Scan for sizes and fits'.
  3. Place it in each room

Mount it at eye level next to the mirror. Use one code per store if you want to compare locations.
  4. Update and review

Change the destination when the collection changes, and see when and how often it is scanned.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can shoppers ask staff for another size through the code?

No. The code opens a web page. It doesn't send requests or alerts to staff.

Can it show what's in stock?

Only if the page you link to shows stock. CirculateQR opens your page; it doesn't look up inventory.

Can I change the page later?

Yes. With Analytics on, the code is a short link that you can point to a new page in Studio.

What happens to the code if we cancel?

Dynamic codes keep working while the subscription is active and for 14 days after it ends, then pause until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted.
