To use a QR code for product authentication, open the Product Authentication template in Studio and build your official product page: photo, model and SKU, the features that mark a genuine item, a notice on how to check one, and links to register the product, find official stockists or report a suspected fake. Print the code on the label or packaging. The page shows the same details for every unit; per-unit serial checks need the paid Luxury Product Page template ($5.99).

Does the standard page verify each individual item?
No. It shows the official details for the product, which buyers compare with what they have. Per-unit serial checks are in the paid Luxury Product Page template ($5.99).
How do the serial checks work?
The buyer types the serial printed on the item. The page says whether it's on your list or not found, and warns when a serial has been checked many times. It's a lookup, not cryptographic proof.
Can someone copy the QR code?
Yes. Any printed code can be copied, and a copy opens the same page. That's why the page focuses on details buyers can check on the item itself.
How do buyers report a fake?
Add a link to your own reporting page or an email address. Reports go wherever that link leads.
Can I see where codes are scanned?
You see an approximate city and country from the network, plus the time and device.
