Send customers to tracking and returns from the box
To use a QR code on shipping labels, paste your order-tracking or returns page into the Shipping Labels template in Studio and add the code to your label or packing-slip template. The same code goes on every package, and customers look up their order on your page. Because the code is a short link, you can point it to a new tracking provider or returns portal later, and scan counts show how many customers use it.

Frequently asked questions
Does the code show where that specific parcel is?
No. It opens your tracking page, where the customer looks up their order. The same code is on every label unless you make separate ones.
Can each package get its own code?
Not from the dashboard, which has no bulk upload. On the Stealth plan, the API can create codes in batches of up to 1,000, such as one per order pointing to that order's tracking link.
Can I change the page later?
Yes. The code is a short link, so you can point it somewhere new in Studio without reprinting labels.
What happens if I stop paying?
Codes keep working for 14 days after a paid plan ends, then pause until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted. On the free plan, codes pause 14 days after publishing.
