Refunds & Cancellation.

Go to Settings → Billing and choose Manage Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the free Standard plan. No further charges are made after you cancel.

Cancel before your 7-day trial ends and you won't be charged. If you don't cancel, the subscription starts automatically when the trial ends.

Subscription fees, including annual plans, are not refunded for partially used periods. We do refund duplicate charges and charges made in error, and any refund required by law.

Marketplace items, AI credit packs, permanent hosting unlocks and API overage packs are digital and delivered immediately. If a marketplace item doesn't work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund it; a refunded item is removed from your library. If we refund a credit pack, the unused credits it covers are removed from your account. Credits and API requests that have been used are not refundable.

Email support@circulateqr.com from your account email address with the date and amount of the charge. We reply within 3 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. See our Terms of Service for the full terms.
