Frequently asked questions
Can buyers request a showing from the sign?
Yes. The page has a Book a showing form. Requests appear in the code's Responses in your dashboard, where you can export them as CSV.
Can I see who scanned the sign?
Not by name. You see how many scans there were, when, the device and the approximate city. Names and contact details only come from people who fill in the showing form.
What happens when the home sells?
Edit the page to show it's sold and link to your other listings. If you reuse the rider on another sign, replace the content with your next listing.
Can I add a video or 3D tour?
Add it as a link on the page. It opens the tour on the site where it's hosted, such as YouTube or your tour provider.
What happens to the code if I stop paying?
If you cancel a paid plan, codes keep working while the subscription is active and for 14 days after it ends. Then they pause until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted.
