Rent, details and the application link, right from the sign
To use a QR code for rental applications, put a code on the sign or flyer that opens a listing page. Studio's Rental Applications template is an info page with a photo, rent, bedrooms, availability and pet policy, the address with directions, a link to the application you already use, and a viewing request form whose replies are listed in Responses. CirculateQR doesn't take applications, documents or fees itself; those stay with your application or screening provider.

How to set it up
Fill in the listing
In Studio, open the Rental Applications template and replace the sample with your unit's photo, rent, details and address.Link your application

Edit the time choices and questions. Requests appear in the code's Responses.Print and update
Put the code on the sign, flyers and window. When the unit is rented, say so on the page, or edit it for your next listing.

Frequently asked questions
Can applicants upload documents or pay the fee here?
No. The page links to your existing application, where documents and fees are handled. CirculateQR doesn't collect payments.
Do you run background checks?
No. Link to the screening provider you already use.
Where do viewing requests go?
To the code's Responses in your dashboard, with CSV export. Check it regularly so you can reply quickly.
Can I reuse the sign for the next unit?
Yes. Edit the page with the new unit's details and publish again. The printed code stays the same.
What happens to the code if I cancel?
Dynamic codes keep working while the subscription is active and for 14 days after it ends, then pause until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted.
