Studio's Asset Tracking template works well: a product-style page with a photo, a description, label-and-value details such as room and storage unit, and a highlighted notice like 'Fragile'. Edit the page if the contents change. Each box needs its own code and hosted page, so check your plan's QR credits and page limit before a large move.

Frequently asked questions
Can I search across all my boxes?
No. CirculateQR doesn't search box contents. Each code opens one box's page, so keep a master list in a spreadsheet if you need to search.
Who can see what's in my boxes?
Anyone who scans a label can open its page. Don't list valuables, documents or anything you wouldn't want a stranger to read.
How many boxes can I label?
Each box needs its own code. Plans include 10 (Free), 100 (Studio) or 250 (Artisan) QR credits a month, and hosted pages are limited to 3 on Free and 25 on Studio, with no limit on Artisan.
Can I add items after packing?
Yes. Edit the box's page and publish again.
Do the labels keep working after the move?
On the free plan, dynamic codes pause 14 days after publishing. On a paid plan they work while you're subscribed and for 14 days after it ends, then pause until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted.
