Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to put the lockbox code on the page?
Anyone who scans the code or has its link can open the page. Keep the code inside the property, change access codes between stays, and update the page when you do.
Can I manage several properties?
Yes. Make a page and code for each property. The free plan includes 3 hosted pages, Studio includes 25, and Artisan has no limit.
Can I send the guide before guests arrive?
Yes. Share the code's link in your booking messages so guests have it on the way.
Can each guest see different content?
No. Every guest sees the same page. Edit it between stays if details change.
What happens if I stop paying?
Dynamic codes keep working while your plan is active and for 14 days after it ends, then pause until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted. A WiFi code keeps working because the details are in the code.
