Frequently asked questions
Can I use one guide for several properties?
Give each property its own guide page, since door codes and WiFi differ. The free plan includes 3 hosted pages, Studio 25 and Artisan unlimited.
Is it safe to put the door code on the page?
Anyone with the link can open the page, so print the code inside the home rather than on the front door, and change the door code between stays as you normally would.
Does the guide appear in other languages automatically?
No. Nothing is translated automatically. On any plan, a link code can send phones set to another language to a version of the guide you wrote in that language.
Can I see whether guests use it?
You see when the code was scanned and on which devices. It doesn't show which sections guests read or whether they ticked the checklist.
What happens on the free plan or if I cancel?
On the free Standard plan, the guide's code stays live for 14 days after publishing, then pauses until you upgrade, or you can pay a one-time $5, before or after it pauses, to keep it live. If you cancel a paid plan, codes keep working for 14 days after the subscription ends, then pause. Nothing is deleted.
