Amenity hours, rules and requests on one page per space
To use QR codes for apartment amenities, post a code in each shared space that opens a page for it. Studio's Vacation Rentals template is a good start: an info page with key details like hours and WiFi, rule sections, a checklist, links and contact buttons. Turn on the response form to collect requests, such as maintenance issues or party-room requests; they're listed in the code's Responses. Edit the page when hours or rules change, without replacing the sign.

How to set it up
Make a page for each space
In Studio, open the Vacation Rentals template and replace the sample with the gym, pool or laundry room: hours, rules, access details and WiFi.Add contacts and links
Add the office and maintenance numbers, and links to your resident portal or booking page.Turn on the request form
Ask for a name, a choice such as 'Maintenance' or 'Party room', and a message. Replies appear in the code's Responses.Post and update
Put the code by the door of each space. When hours or rules change, edit the page and publish again.

Frequently asked questions
Can residents reserve the party room through the page?
Not directly. The page can link to your existing booking system, or the request form can collect requests that you confirm yourself.
How do we see new requests?
They're listed in the code's Responses in your dashboard, so check it regularly. List a phone number on the page for urgent issues.
Can we post announcements?
Add them to the page and publish again. Residents see them next time they scan. Nothing is pushed to their phones.
Does it work for condos and HOAs?
Yes. The page is information, contacts, links and a form, so it suits any shared building.
What happens to the codes if we cancel?
Dynamic codes keep working while the subscription is active and for 14 days after it ends, then pause until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted. Static WiFi codes keep working.
