The page links to the booking calendar you already use. CirculateQR doesn't manage room availability.
Can a code connect people to the WiFi?
Yes. A WiFi code holds the network name and password, so phones offer to join when they scan it. If you change the password, make a new WiFi code.
What about multiple locations?
Make a page and code for each location. The free plan includes 3 hosted pages, Studio includes 25, and Artisan has no limit.
Is the guide private to members?
No. Anyone with the code or link can open it, so keep door codes and other sensitive details off the page or change them regularly.
Is there a template made for coworking spaces?
No. The Airbnb Check-In template is a general welcome guide with the parts a shared space needs. Change the sample text to match your space.
