A self-guided campus tour visitors start from any sign
To run a self-guided campus tour with QR codes, put a code on signs at the start and at each stop that opens your tour page. Studio's Campus Tours template lists the stops in order with a short note for each, visitor information such as parking and admissions hours, links to the campus map, guided tours and how to apply, and admissions contact buttons. You can turn on a request-info form, and edit stops any time without changing the signs.
Why the printed version falls short
Scheduled tours don't fit every visitor's timing
Visitors on weekends find the admissions office closed
Large groups leave little room for questions
Printed maps go out of date when buildings change
Families leave without a way to follow up

Frequently asked questions
Do visitors need an app?
No. The page opens in the phone's browser.
Can the tour play audio or video at each stop?
Add links to audio or video hosted elsewhere, such as YouTube. Media isn't embedded in the page.
Can we see which stops people visit?
Only if each stop has its own code. Make a link code for each stop that opens the tour page, name it, and compare their scans.
Can we use it for orientation week?
Yes. Use the tour page for new students, or set up a scavenger hunt with a code at each stop.
What happens to the signs if we stop paying?
Dynamic codes keep working while the subscription is active and for 14 days after it ends, then pause until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted.
