What happens if someone screenshots the ticket?
The FIRST person to scan enters. Everyone after sees 'Already Used.' The original buyer gets notified their ticket was scanned. Sharing becomes pointless.
Can tickets be transferred?
Optional. You can enable official transfer (burned and re-issued to new recipient) or disable it entirely.
What if the buyer's phone dies at the door?
We provide lookup tools for staff. Verify by email or name. Issue a physical backup if needed.
How fast is the scan?
Sub-second validation. Faster than traditional barcodes because validation happens at the edge, not a central server.
Can this integrate with my existing ticketing platform?
