A VIP pass page with the entrance, perks and schedule
To make a VIP pass with a QR code, use the VIP Access template in Studio. It builds an event page with the date, venue, directions, add to calendar, the pass details, a VIP schedule and a host contact. Guests scan it and show the page at the VIP gate. Edit the page any time and everyone who opens it sees the new times. On the Studio plan, turn on One-time so a code works for its first scan only.

Frequently asked questions
Does each guest get their own pass?
Each code opens the page you built for it. To give every guest a separate ticket that staff check in at the door, use the Event Registration template in the marketplace ($4.99).
How do one-time codes work?
On the Studio plan, the first scan uses the code and later scans see an 'already used' message, so ask guests to keep the page open. A photo of the code can still be scanned first, so treat it as a deterrent, not a lock.
What if the schedule changes?
Edit the page in Studio and publish again. Anyone who opens the pass sees the new times.
Can I sell VIP tickets through the page?
No. CirculateQR doesn't take payments. Add a ticket button that links to your own ticketing page if you need one.
Do door staff need an app?
No. Guests show the page on their phone. With the Event Registration template, staff check tickets in with their own phone camera.
