RSVPs guests send from the invitation

To use a QR code for wedding RSVPs, print a code on the invitation that opens an event page. Studio's Wedding RSVP template has the date, venue, add to calendar, directions, the schedule for the day, a registry link and an RSVP form asking whether guests are coming, how many are in the party and any dietary needs. Replies are listed in the code's Responses and export as CSV. Change details after printing; the invitation stays the same.

The problem

Why the printed version falls short

Mail-in reply cards get lost

Handwriting is hard to read

Guests forget to mail them back

Dietary needs get missed

Tracking replies in a spreadsheet is manual work

Guests lose the invitation details

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What about guests who aren't comfortable with QR codes?

Add a phone number or email to the page and the invitation, or keep a few reply cards for those who prefer them.

Can I export the replies?

Yes. Download them as a CSV spreadsheet from the code's Responses.

How do I see new replies?

They're listed in the code's Responses in your dashboard, so check there as the reply date gets closer.

Can I change the details after printing?

Yes. Edit the page in Studio and everyone who scans sees the update.

Will the code still work on the wedding day?

On the free plan, dynamic codes pause 14 days after publishing, so for invitations sent months ahead, use a paid plan or the one-time $5 payment that keeps one code live permanently.

Start with the Wedding RSVP template

The template opens in Studio with starter content filled in. Change the text, pick a design and download. The free plan needs no card.
