A game-day page fans open from their seat

To use a QR code at a sports event, print one code that opens a game-day page. Studio's Sports Events template is an info page with kickoff and gate times, a schedule, the starting lineup, fan WiFi details with a copy button, and links to your concessions map, team shop and season tickets. Edit it before each game and publish again; the printed code doesn't change. Scan counts show how many fans opened it, by time and device.

The problem

Why the printed version falls short

Printed programs go out of date when the lineup changes

Fans ask staff for the WiFi password, gate times and bag rules

Concession and shop links are buried on the team website

New signage for every game takes time and money

You can't tell whether fans read the signs

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do fans need an app?

No. The code opens a web page in the phone's browser.

Can fans order food to their seat?

Not from the game-day page, which links to your existing concessions or ordering page. CirculateQR's order page can take orders for suites or tables, but guests pay staff and there's no online payment.

Can suites or club seats get a different page?

Yes. Make a separate page and print its code in those areas. The free plan includes 3 hosted pages, Studio 25 and Artisan unlimited.

How do we update it for the next game?

Edit the page in Studio and publish again. The printed code stays the same.

What happens to the code if we cancel?

Dynamic codes keep working while the subscription is active and for 14 days after it ends, then pause until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted.
