To use a QR code for a pop-up shop, link it to an event page for the pop-up. CirculateQR's Pop-Up Shops template shows the dates, opening hours, venue with directions and add to calendar, a button to your pre-order page or online shop, and a sign-up form for people who want to hear about the next one. Sign-ups land in the code's Responses with CSV export. Set an expiry date if the code should stop working after the event.

Add the dates and place
In Studio, open the Pop-Up Shops template and add your dates, opening hours, venue and a photo.Link your shop

Useful extras
Email sign-up
Visitors leave their name and email. Each sign-up lands in the code's Responses, and you can export the list as CSV.
Expiry date
Set a date up to five years ahead when the code stops working. After that, scans see a neutral 'not active' page.
One-time codesStudio+
Print single-use codes for a giveaway or limited drop. Each opens once, then shows 'already used'. It's a deterrent, not a lock.
Scratch card giveaway
A separate scratch card code can reveal a prize or discount code. The free Basic prize-pool template sets odds and quantity limits, with one play per browser.

Frequently asked questions
What happens to the code after the pop-up ends?
It keeps opening the page until you change it. Edit the page with your next date, or set an expiry date so scans see a neutral 'not active' page. It doesn't redirect anywhere by itself.
Can visitors pay or order through the page?
The main button can open your own pre-order page or online shop. CirculateQR doesn't take payments.
How do I follow up with people who signed up?
Export the sign-ups from the code's Responses as CSV and import them into your email tool. CirculateQR doesn't send emails for you.
Can I reuse the signs for my next pop-up?
Yes. Edit the page with the new dates and place. The printed code stays the same as long as the code is live.
What happens on the free plan?
On the free Standard plan, the code stays live for 14 days after you publish it, then pauses. That can cover a short pop-up if you publish close to the date. Upgrading reactivates it.
