How the QR code stays scannable
AI image models often draw QR codes that look right but don’t scan. This is what CirculateQR does about it, for every image.
- 01
Your real code goes in first
The AI is given the actual QR code for your link and asked to place it in the scene as a printed, engraved or on-screen element.
- 02
Every image is read by a QR decoder
Each generated image is read with ZXing (the decoder behind many Android scanners) and jsQR at several sizes. It only passes if it opens your exact link.
- 03
Wrong squares are redrawn in place
If the AI drew the code’s shape but got some squares wrong, the true code is redrawn into the same spot, following its angle and perspective, and read again.
- 04
A missing code gets another try
If the AI leaves the code out of the scene, the scene is generated once more.
- 05
You know before you print
Images that pass are marked as verified to scan. One that still can’t be read is marked “Not verified: test with your phone” so you can generate again.
Prefer the image exactly as the AI made it? Studio can keep the raw image; it is still checked, but not redrawn.
Frequently asked questions

Pet ID Tag is free. The others cost $2.99 to $3.99 each, paid once. The Artisan ($39 a month) and Stealth ($149 a month) plans include every AI art template. Generating AI art uses AI credits: Studio includes 10 a month, Artisan 50 and Stealth 250. The free plan includes none, but AI credit packs (from $9 for 10 AI credits) work on every plan, including Free.
Will the QR code in the artwork scan?
Every image is read with a QR decoder and only passes if it opens your exact link. If the AI got some of the code wrong, the true code is redrawn in the same spot and checked again. An image that still can’t be read is marked “Not verified” before you print.
