Frequently asked questions
Is Basic Info Hub free?
Yes. Basic Info Hub costs nothing to open, edit and publish.
Do I need a paid plan to use it?
No. You can publish on the free Standard plan, which includes up to 3 hosted pages. On the free plan a code and its page stay live for 14 days after publishing; after that, $5 once keeps one code live for good, or any paid plan (from $12 a month) keeps all your codes live.
Can I change the page after the QR code is printed?
Yes. Edit it in Studio and publish again. The printed code keeps pointing to the same page, so nothing needs reprinting.
Do visitors need an app?
No. The page opens in the phone’s web browser straight from the camera scan.
Can people buy or book on the page?
Buy and booking buttons open the links you add, such as your online shop or booking tool. The page itself doesn’t take payments or appointments.
