Help new clients find you and book a session
To use a QR code as a personal trainer, start from the Personal Trainers template in Studio. It builds a contact page with your photo, name, title, a short note, a Book a session button linked to the booking tool you already use, tap to call, text or email, your social profiles, and Save contact. Put the code on flyers, cards and gym posters. Change your booking link or details at any time, and the printed code keeps working.
Why the printed version falls short
Flyers and cards get lost before people book
Prospects have to search for your booking page and profiles
Phone numbers get copied down wrong
Changing booking tools means reprinting everything
You can't tell which flyer brought people in

Frequently asked questions
Does CirculateQR handle bookings or payments?
No. The Book a session button opens the booking page you already use, which handles times and payment.
Can I change my booking link later?
Yes. Edit the page in Studio and publish again. Printed codes keep working.
Can I see who scanned?
No. Scans are anonymous. You see counts over time, device type and approximate city. People who tap Share your contact appear under Contacts.
Do clients need an app?
No. The page opens in the phone's browser.
How long does the code work on the free plan?
Dynamic codes on the free plan stay live for 14 days after publishing, then pause until you upgrade. A one-time $5 payment keeps a single code live for good.
