To use a QR code for a salon or spa, print a code that opens a contact page with a Book button linked to the booking site you already use. Studio's Personal Trainers template has this layout: a photo, a short bio, the Book button, call, text and email buttons, social profiles and Save contact. The booking itself happens on your booking site. You can change the link or your details after printing, and add a stamp card for repeat visits.

How to set it up
Fill in the contact page
In Studio, open the Personal Trainers template and replace the sample with your salon name, photo, phone, email and address.Add your booking link
Paste your booking page into the main button and rename it, for example 'Book an appointment'. Add your social profiles.Print it
Put the code at reception, on mirrors, on appointment cards and in the window.Keep it current
If you change booking systems or phone numbers, edit the page. The printed code keeps working.

Which booking systems does it work with?
Any that gives you a booking page link. The Book button opens that page. CirculateQR doesn't sync appointments or send reminders.
Can each stylist have their own code?
Yes. Make a contact page for each stylist with their own booking link. The free plan includes 3 hosted pages, Studio 25 and Artisan unlimited.
Can I show my prices?
Yes. Build a menu page with your services, prices and descriptions and print its code, or set your website link to your price list.
How does the stamp card stop clients adding their own stamps?
Staff type a PIN on the client's phone for each stamp, and you set a cooldown between stamps. The card lives in that phone's browser, so clearing the browser loses it.
What happens to the code on the free plan?
Dynamic codes, including contact pages, stay live 14 days after publishing, then pause until you upgrade. A one-time $5 payment keeps one code live permanently.
