What’s included
Ticket types
Each type can have a capacity; the form shows “N left” and “Sold out”, and the limit is enforced when a registration is saved. Ticket types have no price.
Session picker
Optional limits such as a maximum number of sessions, a required choice or a capacity per session. Two sessions at the same time can’t both be picked.
QR tickets
Every registration gets a unique ticket with a QR code that the guest can save as a PDF or image and also receives by email. Check guests in by scanning tickets with your phone camera.
Dietary needs
Option chips plus an allergies box.

- What it collects: Registrations go to the code’s Responses page with ticket codes and check-in status; the CSV includes both.

How much does Event Registration cost?
Event Registration costs $4.99, paid once in the CirculateQR marketplace. There is no subscription for the template. It also comes in the Hospitality Bundle ($24.99) and the Ultimate Business Bundle ($29.99) and the Event Planner Pack ($10.99).
Do I need a paid plan to use it?
No. You can publish on the free Standard plan, which includes up to 3 hosted pages. On the free plan a code and its page stay live for 14 days after publishing; after that, $5 once keeps one code live for good, or any paid plan (from $12 a month) keeps all your codes live.
Can I change the page after the QR code is printed?
Yes. Edit it in Studio and publish again. The printed code keeps pointing to the same page, so nothing needs reprinting.
Do visitors need an app?
No. The page opens in the phone’s web browser straight from the camera scan.
Where do the answers go?
Every response is saved to the code’s Responses page, where you can download a CSV and choose whether to get an email for each one.
