What’s included
Stamps and progress
“X of N stamps” with a progress bar and a stamp grid; the last stamp shows a gift.
Staff PIN
“Get a stamp” opens a PIN pad for staff. One stamp per confirmation, at least 60 minutes apart.
Redeem
When the card is full, staff enter the PIN to redeem the reward. The confirmation shows the time, so an old screenshot won’t pass.
Dashboard
See each card’s stamps and redemptions, and mark rewards as fulfilled.

How to use it

Select “Use this template free” (you’ll create a free account first if you don’t have one). Studio opens with the sample content shown in the preview.

Replace the sample content with yours. You can change: program name; stamps needed; staff PIN; reward.

Choose how the QR code looks: a plain code, your brand colours, or AI art.

Publish. CirculateQR hosts the page and gives you the QR code to download as PNG, SVG or PDF.

Put the code at your counter. When a customer pays, a member of staff types your PIN on their phone to add the stamp or points.
Good to know
- What it collects: Cards and redemptions show on the code’s page in your dashboard.
- Each card is kept in the customer’s phone browser. There are no customer accounts, so a card doesn’t move to another phone.
- Studio asks for a 4–8 digit staff PIN before it creates the code.

Is Basic Stamp Card free?
Yes. Basic Stamp Card costs nothing to open, edit and publish.
Do I need a paid plan to use it?
No. You can publish on the free Standard plan, which includes up to 3 hosted pages. On the free plan a code and its page stay live for 14 days after publishing; after that, $5 once keeps one code live for good, or any paid plan (from $12 a month) keeps all your codes live.
Can I change the page after the QR code is printed?
Yes. Edit it in Studio and publish again. The printed code keeps pointing to the same page, so nothing needs reprinting.
Do customers need an app or an account?
No. They scan the code and the card opens in their phone’s browser, which keeps it. There’s nothing to install and no sign-up beyond a first name on the paid cards.
How do you stop customers stamping their own cards?
Every stamp, points award and reward needs your staff PIN, typed by a member of staff on the customer’s phone. The PIN is checked on the server and never sent to the page.
