Put the manual, videos and support one scan from the machine
To use a QR code for equipment manuals, put a sticker on the machine that opens a product page for that model. Studio's Product Packaging template has the layout: a photo, a description, specs, a notice for safety updates, a main button for spare parts, and links to the manual PDF, videos, warranty and support. Use one page per model and print the same code on every unit. When the manual is revised, change the link; the stickers stay the same.

Frequently asked questions
Can operators log service or faults through the page?
The product page doesn't have a form. Add an email or call link for reporting problems, or make a separate form code whose answers are listed in Responses.
Can we use one code for every machine of the same model?
Yes. Print the same code on every unit. If you need per-machine details, make a page for each machine with the Asset Tracking template.
Where is the manual stored?
Wherever you host it now, such as your website or file storage. The page links to it, so you can swap in a revised PDF by changing the link.
Does it work without a signal?
No. The operator's phone needs an internet connection to open the page.
What happens to the stickers if we cancel?
Dynamic codes keep working while the subscription is active and for 14 days after it ends, then pause until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted.
