Let volunteers read the details and sign up in one scan
To recruit volunteers with a QR code, open the Volunteer Sign-Up template in Studio. It builds a page with what to know, your shift times, the address, a coordinator contact and a short form where people give their name, pick a shift and add an email or phone number. Print the code on flyers and posters. Sign-ups appear in the code's Responses, where you can download them as CSV, and you can edit the shifts without reprinting.

Frequently asked questions
Does it send reminders to volunteers?
No. CirculateQR doesn't text or email volunteers. Sign-ups appear in your Responses with the email or phone they gave, so you can contact them yourself.
Does it stop a shift from overfilling?
No. The standard form doesn't limit how many people pick a shift, so check Responses and update the page when a shift is full. The paid Event Registration template ($4.99) has sessions with capacity limits.
Can volunteers sign a waiver?
Not inside CirculateQR. Add a link button to your own waiver or e-signature page.
Can it log volunteer hours?
There's no hours tracking. Some teams post a second code on site with a short form, such as name plus Arriving or Leaving. Each response is saved with the time it arrived.
What happens on the free plan?
The code stays live for 14 days after publishing, then pauses until you upgrade. On a paid plan it keeps working while you subscribe and for 14 days after you cancel.
