What’s included
Add to order
Each item has an Add button and a quantity stepper. Items priced as text, such as “Market price”, ask guests to order them from staff.
Order basket
A floating “View order” bar shows the item count and total and opens the order sheet.
Table or pickup
Guests choose at my table or pickup. The table number fills in when the code has one; pickup asks for a name. Phone and kitchen notes are optional.
Order status
After sending, the guest sees the order number and its status (received, preparing, ready), updated every few seconds.
Orders board
Orders arrive on your Orders board in New, Preparing and Ready columns, with an optional sound and an email for each order.
Who it’s for
- Cafés and delis taking table or pickup orders
- Bars and beach clubs with table service
- Small kitchens that want orders without an app
How to use it
- 1
Select “Use this template free” (you’ll create a free account first if you don’t have one). Studio opens with the sample content shown in the preview.
- 2
Replace the sample content with yours. You can change: page title and text; ordering: table, pickup or both, usual wait, taking orders on or off, email me; menu items; table number and currency; cover photo, closing note and colours.
- 3
Choose how the QR code looks: a plain code, your brand colours, or AI art.
- 4
Publish. CirculateQR hosts the page and gives you the QR code to download as PNG, SVG or PDF.
- 5
Put the code on tables or the counter, then follow orders on your Orders board and move them along as you prepare them.
Good to know
- What it collects: Orders go to your Orders board, and you get an email for each one unless you turn it off.
- Nothing is charged online: the page tells guests to pay their server or pay at the counter.
- No tips or item choices. Restaurant Ordering adds both.
