Item choices
Tap a dish to pick its options: required or optional, pick one or several, with any price difference shown. Set choices per item, per section or for the whole menu; the server checks them again when the order arrives.
Special instructions
A note on each item, and notes for the kitchen on the whole order.
Tip calculator
Three percentage buttons you choose (15, 18 and 20% to start) showing the amount, plus custom or no tip. The tip is added to the order total; it isn’t charged online.
Order tracking
The guest’s status page shows the order number and Received, Preparing, Ready and Completed as your kitchen updates it. A “Your recent order” link stays on the menu for 12 hours.
Categories and basket
Sticky category chips follow the scroll, and the basket lets guests change quantities and add more.
Wait time and pause
Show “Usually ready in about N min”, and pause ordering when the kitchen is full.
