Put the spec and the inspection log at the station
To use QR codes for quality control, open the Quality Control template in Studio and make a page for each checkpoint: the spec values, the inspection steps, a link to the full spec sheet and a form to log Pass, Fail or Hold with the batch number and notes. Post the code at the station. Inspectors scan, check and log the result on their phone. Results appear in the code's Responses with the inspector's name and time, and download as CSV.

Quality Control with CirculateQR

Frequently asked questions
Does it chart defects or show trends?
No. CirculateQR lists the logged results. Download the CSV and chart them in a spreadsheet or your own tool.
Can inspectors attach photos of a defect?
No. The log has a name, a result and a notes box.
Is it connected to our ERP?
No. There's no ERP connection. Inspectors type the batch or serial number into the notes box, and you download results as CSV.
Who can open the page?
Anyone who scans the code. Password gates work on link codes, not on this page, so keep confidential details off it.
What happens on the free plan?
The code pauses 14 days after publishing until you upgrade. On a paid plan it keeps working while you subscribe and for 14 days after you cancel.
