CIRCULATEQR
Loyalty and games

Loyalty cards and games that run from a QR code

CirculateQR hosts three kinds of interactive page. A loyalty stamp card lives in the customer’s phone browser; a member of staff types a PIN on the customer’s phone to add each stamp, and a cooldown stops repeat stamps. Scratch cards reveal a prize drawn on our server, with odds and quantity limits you set. Scavenger hunts take players from stop to stop.

Free starters cover all three. Paid templates add more: coffee, gym, restaurant and salon loyalty programs with tiers, streaks or points and a member list ($3.99 each), themed scratch cards ($3.99 to $4.99), and the Adventure Hunt ($4.99) with teams, GPS or code check-ins, photo challenges, hints and a leaderboard.

How it works

How the stamp card works

  1. Pick a starter or template

Loyalty Stamp, Scratch & Win or Scavenger Hunt in Studio, or a paid template from the marketplace.
  2. Set the rules

Stamps needed and the reward, a 4 to 8 digit staff PIN and a cooldown; or prizes, odds and quantities; or checkpoints and clues.
  3. Print the code

At the counter, on receipts, on table cards or at each hunt stop.
  4. Watch the activity

Stamps and redemptions, plays and wins, or teams, photos and the leaderboard, in your dashboard.

In detail

How it stays fair

Staff PIN

Typed by staff on the customer’s phone and checked on our server. The PIN never reaches the browser, and wrong guesses are limited.

Cooldowns

A minimum time between stamps, 60 minutes by default, so one visit can’t earn several.

No app, no account

The card is kept in the customer’s browser. Clearing browser data or changing phones starts a new card.

Loyalty templates

Coffee (tiers, birthday reward, referral stamps), gym (visit streaks and milestones), restaurant (points per dollar entered by staff, tiers) and salon (points per service, booking link), each with a member table.

Scratch-card prizes

Up to 10 prizes with odds and quantity limits, drawn on the server so limited prizes can’t be over-awarded. One play per visitor per card, per browser.

Hunt check-ins

At each checkpoint: phone GPS within a radius you set (10 to 2,000 m), a code posted at the spot, or a photo you approve. Clues stay hidden until a team gets there.

Teams and leaderboard

Up to 30 checkpoints, teams with join codes, hints that cost points, and a leaderboard by checkpoints, score and time.

Simple free hunt

One QR code per stop, scanned in order, with a reward after the last one.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do customers need an app for the loyalty card?

No. The card opens in the phone’s browser and is kept there. Customers can bookmark it or add it to their home screen.

How do you stop people stamping their own cards?

Each stamp needs a staff PIN typed on the customer’s phone, wrong PINs are limited, and a cooldown sets the minimum time between stamps. Rewards are redeemed with the PIN too.

Can I limit how many prizes a scratch card gives away?

Yes, in the prize-pool scratch templates. Each prize has odds and an optional quantity. When a prize runs out, that result becomes no win rather than changing the other odds.

Can someone play a scratch card more than once?

Each visitor gets one play per card in a browser, and replays show the original result. A different browser or cleared data counts as a new visitor, so there is also an hourly limit per network.

Is GPS check-in cheat-proof?

No. The location comes from the player’s phone, which can be faked. For checkpoints that matter, use a code posted at the spot or a photo you approve instead of, or as well as, GPS.

Where do I see members and results?

In your dashboard: card activity and redemptions for loyalty, plays and wins per prize for scratch cards, and teams, photos and the leaderboard for hunts.
